The role of Quality Assurance Manager occupies a unique organisational position in Adopt South West, having oversight of the whole service through the Quality Assurance processes and systems. For that reason, the post-holder will act as a professional Practice Lead for the service, maintaining up-to-date expert knowledge of good practice and developments, both regionally and nationally.
