Our MSI service is registered with CQC and provide support for children and young people who have multi-sensory impairment, in line with their individual needs, EHCP and care plans. We provide support in their education settings and in their communities and provide a wide range of care including personal care and medical needs. The ethos of the service is to enable children and young people to fully access their education and promote their life experiences and independence skills.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our highly dedicated, unique and welcoming team in Devon.
As a Team Leader, you will have regular contact with parents, schools and other professional agencies and will be asked at times to provide reports or attend meetings regarding the children and young people receiving our support.
You will support and line manage a small group of staff and provide supervisions and appraisals.
