Devon Children’s Services have made it a priority to protect children and young people who go missing from home or care and those who are vulnerable to Child Exploitation. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic person, to join Devon County Council’s specialist REACH Team (Reducing Exploitation and Absence From Care or Home), which supports young people who go missing or who may be at risk of Child Exploitation.
We currently have a part-time (4 days per week) permanent vacancy, for a REACH Family Practitioner based in Newton Abbot who will be covering South Devon locality - there will be occasions where the post holder will also covers other parts of the county.
