If yes, we are looking for an innovative and flexible Parental Relationship Co-ordinator with the drive and commitment to shaping the delivery of our Inter -parental conflict work, championing this agenda in Devon’s Childrens Services and across the Devon Children and Families Partnership. This exciting new post sits within our Childrens Services Early Help Team that delivers early help and family support to children, young people and families across Devon. The post holder will play a key role in developing, Devons Reducing Parental Conflict Programme, funded by the Dept of Works and Pensions.
This role of Parental Relationship co-ordinator will act as the primary contact for the Reducing Parental Programme and lead a Devon wide understanding of and approach to reducing the impact of inter-parental conflict on children and young people as part of a whole family approach. This will include developing and delivering evidence-based practice and supporting our Children Services and partner agencies to deliver sustainable interventions that improve outcomes for children, young people and their families. You would be an expert in the subject matter of parental conflict and be able to provide advice and guidance across our partnership and co-ordinate the delivery of evidence-based interventions in line with research driven practice.
The role will champion the use of Family Relationship language across all our key strategies, plans, systems and tools., whilst linking into wider national agendas and localised delivery work and deliverables linked to the Devon Early Help Strategic Vision and the Devon Children and Young Peoples Plan.
