An opportunity has arisen to join us as a Workforce Development Officer within Adult Social Care Workforce Development Team.
We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated person with strong communication and organisational skills to be part of our Workforce Development Team. The individual will need to hold a Practice Educator Award or be willing to work towards it and have a passion for developing students.
This is a fantastic chance to be involved in providing a comprehensive and efficient Workforce Development Service and developing student Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers.
This is a key post within our Workforce Development Team where you will work closely with the Workforce Development Service Manager and Workforce Development Leads to provide the highest level of support for all Workforce Development matters.
There will be a key requirement to organise and provide support to student social workers on placement and the post holder will also need to support a group of Newly Qualified Social Workers. There will be a requirement to carry out project work and deliver mentoring support and workshops online where necessary.
